Startup Garage is excited to announce their next event on Thursday 13th December with Jessie Wong, founder of Yu Mei – a Wellington based luxury leather goods label and Deloitte Fast 50 Rising Star.
Jessie will talk through the Yu Mei business startup story, with a particular focus on how her and her talented team have maximised social media tools and the power of story telling to build a global community of customers.
Who should come?
Startup Garage events are designed for entrepreneurs and founders to learn from those who have ‘been there done that’ and connect with other like minded people.
This event is perfect for those who are building a brand and community; and those in the design and manufacture industry.
What happens on the night?
Arrive from 5.30pm on Thursday 13th December, hangout and make some new friends. There will be some snacks and drinks.
Jessie’s talk will start around 6pm and will be followed by Q&A (about 45mins all up).
Afterwards there will be time for more hanging out. The event will end at 7.30pm.
